Sustainability building for NGOs is a highly important training workshop that follows a comprehensive approach offering a 360-degree view of an NGO/CSO, which enables trainees to comprehend and leverage internal and external factors that can enhance the sustainability of their organizations. The training covers three main aspects of sustainability:
- Organizational sustainability
- Financial sustainability
- Project sustainability
This training workshop will be held in Erbil from 11 to 15 June 2023. It will be delivered in English, and it is valuable for all NGOs/CSOs staff, especially senior managers, decision-makers, and board members.

About the trainer
Nidal Ajaj is a certified project management professional (PMP) and an expert trainer and training advisor with more than 10 years’ experience in providing training and consultancy for local and international companies and nonprofit organizations.
Nidal is also an academic and a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Kent, UK. His research focuses on continuing academic development.
