What are NGOs?

The 2021 ranking highlights BRAC International as the world’s top NGO and it is the largest non-governmental development organization in the world in terms of the number of employees (>107,000), followed by Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) or Doctors without Borders with over 45,000 employees and Save The Children with 11,800 personnel.
