What you need to know today

• ISCG estimates that 607,000 forcibly-displaced Myanmar nationals have entered Bangladesh since 25 August.

• BRAC’s total coverage (based on sanitation coverage) is 440,680 people with installation of 11,017 latrines. BRAC ensures access to safe water for 290,268 people through 1,128 tube wells. Total 1,169 bathing cubicles were set up (118 today).

• BRAC’s 10 primary health centers and 50 health camps have provided 280,119 services (6,929 patients today). BRAC has tested 6,572 people for tuberculosis, and initiated treatment for the 86 cases it identified (1 today).

• 120 child-friendly spaces (CFS) have provided support to 19,531 children (12,800 today). 87,809 packets of biscuits were distributed to the children as a mid-day meal (12,800 today).

• BRAC has provided 7,263 sets of kits with essential household items (1,642 today) and an additional 6,298 blankets for the upcoming winter (300 today).
