Alerts can be customized to capture opportunities in languages other than English. The portal’s features are user friendly and easy to navigate. Customer service is responsive, providing an answer or solution within 24 hours. An added benefit of DevelopmentAid’s portal is the ability to find tenders for past funding opportunities which may have already been removed from their original source. In addition, DevelopmentAid’s process to find an expert or post a position to the job boards is effortless. Together, these features have become an integral component of IP3’s business development efforts and customer service.
