The company Food Control Consultants Ltd (The FCC Group) represents a group of experts providing advice on veterinary public health and animal health issues for the food industry (e.g. slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, dairy plants, fish processing, milk processing) and competent authorities responsible for food supervision. The company has furthermore compet ences in the field of veterinary border controls, animal welfare, feedingstuffs and veterinary medicinal products. We are able to provide provides assessment on conformity
with EU rules (e.g. Regulations 852/2004/EC, 853/2004/EC and 854/2004/EC,) and
other relevant regulation in the veterinary public health field and advice on
general hygiene issues and food safety, including GMP, SSOP, HACCP and other
internal control issues for clients both within the Member States and in Third
