Pribo-EPB Sp.z o.o. company in Ełk started operating as an independent legal unit from July 1, 1994 after the change of the original articles of association, when it existed under the name "Ełckie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane spółka z oo in Ełk".

The shareholders of the "PRIBO-EPB" company in Ełk are exclusively natural persons, and 100% of shares belong to the Management Board of the Company.

For the entire period of our activity, our company obtains a positive net balance (for 2007 it amounts to PLN 3 million), achieving sales of construction works in the amount of PLN 40 million. The main profile of our activity is construction works in the field of general construction, with particular emphasis on hospital and school construction.

We make, using our own resources, construction, sanitary and electrical resources to the full extent. We currently employ about 60 highly qualified employees on a contract of employment and a group of permanent and reliable subcontractors, employing from 100 to 200 employees on our construction sites.

PRIBO has its own financial and technical resources to purchase materials, as well as ensuring timely and order-compliant implementation of the order.
