Williams y Asociados S.A. de C.V. (Grupo W)

Grupo W is a conglomerate of companies dedicated to the development and commercialization of industrial, commercial and residential projects, which began operations in 1993, with the constitution of W Constructores, carrying out various construction works throughout the country, always standing out for its quality and professionalism. Over the years, the need to have a company dedicated to the commercialization of the projects built by W Constructores was identified. Thus, in April 2001, W Inmobiliaria was born. In its 11 years in the market, it has sold more than 15 residential projects in the most important cities of Honduras. In the same way, CORBISE and CODINSA, founded in 2005 and 2006 respectively, join Grupo W to engage in the purchase, sale and administration of real estate. At the end of 2006, the company Parques e Inversiones was created, dedicated to the development and commercialization of industrial projects such as Honduras Pacific, a model project consisting of an industrial, commercial, logistic and residential park. Other companies that are part of Grupo W are Ofibodegas de Honduras (2007), Hotel Hacienda Gualiqueme (1993) and Revista A & D (2009).
