Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket)

The Swedish Tax Agency (Swedish: Skatteverket) is the administrative authority for taxation, property taxation, registration and recording of inventories. We issue ID cards for people who are registered in Sweden as well as supervising the state's debts. Operations are conducted mostly in our offices, which are located throughout the country. Where we receive and review the returns and manage other tax matters to citizens and businesses. Some offices also handle civil status issues, such as migration and birth certificate, and probate matters.
