SECCCO was established in 2008 with the mission of bringing clean, low-cost and sustainable renewable energy solutions to Somalia. In the 8 years of operation, our work has created tangible social and economic impact and improved the lives of thousands of Somalia people through energy solutions installed in households, businesses, health centers, hospitals, schools, community centers and to light the streets of Somali towns. Our company’s vision is a Somali with access to reliable, affordable, healthy, and environmentally friendly renewable energy.
SECCCO has implemented a large energy solutions in Somalia, most of them being photovoltaic solar systems, Street lights, Solar refrigerators and Solar water pumps. Apart from renewable enrgy solutions for individual customers, we have undertaken several larger projects with international development agencies. In Puntland alone, in the last four years, we have installed over 700 energy solutions in collaboration with development agencies.
