Project Title: ADGF Start-up Window for Covid-19 Recovery

Description: The Services comprise of technical assistance (TA) for financial institutions and for MSMEs as well as project administrative support for the ADGF. The TA shall target both financial institutions and MSMEs and aim to ensure that project objectives are achieved. The deployment of TA shall be preceded by a needs assessment and TA concept development which must be accepted by ADGF and KfW. The Consultant is expected to implement the Services in continuous close coordination with ADGF, KfW and other key stakeholders in the field of MSME and Start-up promotion in Albania.
