Description

Description of actual services provided by our firm within the assignment:

The outcome evaluation undertaken in both the 86 UNICEF learning Woredas and the 40 WSSCC-GSF supported Woredas. The UNICEF Woredas are located in both the development regional states (Amhara, Oromia, SNNPR, Tigray) and the developing regional state (Somali, Afar, Benshengul Gumuiz and Gambella). The WSSCC Woredas are located only in the developed regional states (Amhara, Oromia, and SNNPR).

The evaluation approach will encompass sampled Woredas from the program intervention of the two organizations, wherein eight Woredas from UNICEF supported, while 4 Woredas from WSSCC_GSF Woredas. Besides we understand that the evaluation will also be taken into account from those Woredas neither from UNICEF nor WSSCC intervention areas.

Narrative description of the Project:

The objective of the study is to review lessons learnt from the implementation of the UNICEF and WSSCC supported CLTSH programs and use them to influence the approach to rural sanitation in the future UNICEF CPD and HSDP-V.

The scope of program evaluation will provide focus on CLTSH only and Not SLTSH and will focus on its application in agrarian communities under the WSSCC program and agrarian and pastoralist communities under the UNICEF programme.
