Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Advisor / Supervisor specializing construction supervision Water infrastructure projects to join our team as part of a tender submission on projects based in NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will be responsible for overall on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction works, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections and report on-site progress.
•  Coordinate with contractors and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain site records and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• BSc in civil or mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), or Chartered Engineer status from a recognized body is an added value.
• 15+ years of experience in site supervision.
• Preferably, to have experience in Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC)
• The Construction Advisor must have hands-on experience in the construction, QA/QC, and testing and commissioning of water pipes (HDPE and CS), chambers, valves, storage tanks (concrete, GLS, and GRP), and pump stations.
• Experience in guiding contractors on how to construct, install, quality inspect, test and commission water facilities built under the scope of the project.
• Proven track record in successfully managing largescale water infrastructure engineering projects of varying complexity.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet project milestones.
