Senior
A Postgraduate University Degree in a related field.
At least 10 years professional experience in human capacity building in developing countries
In depth knowledge of and demonstratable experience in training design and assessment of both Government personnel active in agriculture and rural development sectors.
Experience in undertaking gender equity analysis, examining social developing and using participatory processes.
Project management experience
Proven experience in undertaking joint evaluations of complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders
Extensive knowledge of EU Procedures and Processes
Knowledge of Project Cycle Management
