developmental sector. DevelopmentAid is not involved in the transactions, nor do we control them.
We are unable to check all the content of this website and therefore are also not able to take responsibility for it.
Because we collect data from multiple sources that we do not control and which we cannot check for accuracy,
we are unable to take responsibility for any inaccuracies. We cannot accept any responsibility for errors and omissions of
information on this site.
We cannot check that people are who they claim to be.
The users are themselves responsible for any information, including resumes that they place on this website.
We are not able to guarantee that the DevelopmentAid.org website will run problem free. We also are not able to guarantee
that our website is free from viruses and/or other malicious software. We cannot take any responsibility for any damages that
might arise out of using this website.
The use of this website is complete at own risk of the users. We cannot make any warranties. Under no circumstances shall
DevelopmentAid.org be liable for any damages whatsoever.
Most of our services are free. Some of our services require payment. We reserve the right to change the fees at any time with a prior
notification, via email or via the website, of fourteen (14) calendar days. If the client continues to use the services
after notification, this shall constitute acceptance of any new or increased charges.
We bill at the beginning of every renewal period to the credit card indicated during the registration process (or changed after initial
registration). Billing takes place unless cancellation occurs before the renewal period begins.
Within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of any discrepancies in the invoice the user should indicate this to
DevelopmentAid.org. Failure to indicate discrepancies within this period, shall lead the payment to be considered correct.
Cancellation of subscriptions can take place by sending an email to
membership@developmentaid.org
Users are responsible for keeping their login and password confidential. Users are responsible for all uses of their registration.
In case of unauthorized use of their registration, the user will notify DevelopmentAid.org immediately.
Users of DevelopmentAid.org are not allowed to resell or assign their rights or obligations under these terms and conditions.
They shall also not make any unauthorized commercial use of the Web Site. Any selling or reselling of information provided on
this website is explicitly forbidden.
DevelopmentAid.org reserves the right to remove any users from our system at any point in time without prior notification.
This will happen in case a user violates any applicable law or regulation or uses the website to express defamatory, obscene,
threatening, abusive or hateful language or when they make any inappropriate use of our services. Users are prohibited from copying,
duplicating or otherwise reproducing any of the content of this website.
